At Something Greek, we want you to love your custom apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-embroidered and personalized items are final sale unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached and fall outside of our custom-made exclusion policy.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, or choose your own carrier to mail it back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
